I am here to tell you: You are not alone.
I am a Divorce Coach and Protective Parent Consultant with expertise in communication and documentation in co-parenting dynamics, with attorneys, and in other legal situations. I have personal experience in divorcing a narcissist, healing from codependency and PTSD, the ins and outs of choosing an attorney, filing motions in family court, and self-representation in a supreme court trial. I bring first-hand experience and lifeproof that healing after divorce, protecting children, and living a beautiful life is possible.
Because for every parent, adult and institutionalized system that seeks to use and abuse a child, there must also be a harbor, a Protective Parent, a bright shining light that says, here is the place for you to rest and be safe.

This monthly subscription provides the following:
- Ongoing access to a group chat in Signal where you can ask questions, share experience and interact with others who are also experiencing separation, divorce and/or co-parenting.
- Live monthly writing sessions designed to activate the throat chakra and strengthen the voice. These will be tailored to the participants within the group based on topics and experiences being highlighted.
- Live Q&As that center on topics related to understanding coercive control, healing from narcissistic abuse, how to focus on your personal healing from food to prayer, co-parenting with an abusive ex, identifying abuse and symptoms of trauma and PTSD, understanding the Family Court system, mitigating the legal system and communicating with the legal players inside the Family Court system.

You will receive a customized step-by-step wellness plan, science-based in Nutrition that incorporates a holistic mind, body, soul approach to your vitality & wellness.

I work with you to create a written document that is a condensed version of your story, statement of facts and ongoing concerns. It will include the most important points about your relationship, the primary unresolved issues you have in relation to your separation/divorce & child custody plan and a clear explanation of why you need court intervention.
This document can be used to inform legal personnel you work with throughout your journey including attorneys, GALs, custody evaluators, etc. Having a written statement will help you stay focused on what is important when you are in high-stress environments like the court room or a mediation session. Rather than getting flustered with emotions or frozen in response to what can be traumatic situations, you will have a clear and compelling narrative to keep you and anyone supporting you, on point.
In addition, this document will save you time and MONEY. Because let’s face it, a meeting with an attorney to go over your history, concerns and strategy will cost $350-$500/hour or more. This document alone will save you hundreds of dollars each time you hand it to someone new and it will allow you to use that time and money for the next steps.

This 20 page template is designed to guide you through the process of drafting a Parenting Plan that fits with your family’s specific needs. You will find a comprehensive list of topics to choose to cover as well as important things to consider with each topic. In addition, I have included sample language for each topic that you can use as a base for your Parenting Plan.
This Parenting Plan template focuses on covering the ins and outs of coparenting without leaving gray areas. It is those gray, undefined or vague areas that allow for misunderstanding, misinterpretations and places of conflict. And all of that leads to stress, conflict, litigation, court costs and attorney fees.
A strong Parenting Plan can eliminate so much hassle while also giving you a document to hold yourself and your coparent accountable to the best interests of the children.

I guide you on creating effective language in a specific document such as a parenting plan, safety plan, proposed divorce agreement or affidavits/motions for court.
This session is great if you need someone to strategize by looking at your draft and helping you take out reactive or emotional language, synthesize main points, and clean & clear the wording into a cohesive document. I can also assist you if you don’t know where to begin.
This is the area my expertise shines. When working with me on documentation, you will simultaneously be learning how to utilize your communication in the most effective way to whomever you are speaking, without getting lost in legal-ease and the intense emotions that often come with divorce proceedings.

Comprehensive Support Package
This package includes ongoing one-on-one text support as you move through the divorce/separation process, a monthly 60-minute phone consultation, filtering of email/text correspondence and documentation tutorials as needed.
This support package is perfect if you want the most support and guidance, are in active divorce negotiations or court proceedings, are searching for an attorney or just beginning the process of separation. For clients with children, my guidance is always primarily focused on being the Protective Parent.
This offering is ongoing support that allows you to ask questions about communications with your ex or counsel and to get guidance with questions to ask when interviewing an attorney or preparing for a meeting with legal counsel. It could be messages you’re sending/receiving through a co-parenting app or between you and your attorney or the Guardian Ad Litem, child psychologist or custody evaluator. Maybe you are corresponding with the ex’s attorney while you continue to search for your own counsel and want guidance on how to keep the emails professional. The support package allows you to filter communications through me so that you can see how simple changes in your language strengthen your position with facts rather than feelings, which is what the courts and judges want to see. You will quickly learn for yourself how to hone your communications through this process.
In addition, this support covers questions and offers tutorials on how to identify and document information vital to your case, whether it be a missed pick-up or drop-off, your child reporting a negative experience while with their other parent, or a disturbing message from your ex. I will show you how to document it for use later in court if needed. And I will educate you on how this documentation can be the vital deciding factor in custody and divorce settlements.
What is important in all of these circumstances is to be utilizing your communication in the most effective ways possible, which can be very challenging when the stakes are high, the issues are personal and fear underlies everything. What you write to your ex becomes your testimony and evidence. The questions you ask your attorney guide the actions in your case. How the GAL sees you, based on your emails, MATTERS. So, learning the skill of effective, non-reactive communication is quite possibly the most important skill to master.
